DHL Group has signed an agreement to acquire of Turkishparcel delivery company MNG Kargo Yurtiçi ve Yurtdışı TaşımacılıkA.Ş. (MNG Kargo) and its subsidiaries. MNG Kargo is one of theleading parcel delivery companies in Turkey, where the parceland e-commerce market is growing rapidly. In addition tosecuring a leading position in this strongly developing domesticparcel market, this acquisition will create additional synergiesfor DHL Group, and its customers will benefit from uniquelogistics offerings within Turkey as well as cross borderthrough the collaboration of the various DHL divisions alreadypresent in Turkey.
