Deutsche Post DHL Group, a global mail and logistics company,has agreed to sell its UK-based marketing and communication supplychain service provider, Williams Lea Tag, to Advent International("Advent"). Advent will assume all assets of Williams Lea Tagbusiness. The agreement will enable Deutsche Post DHL Group tostrengthen its focus on its core logistics service products.Williams Lea Tag will benefit from Advent's knowledge in buildingan outstanding global business, enabling it to explore furtherdevelopment opportunities. The two companies will maintain closebusiness relations around the world.
