Nikolaus von Bomhard was elected to the Supervisory Board in 2016and has served as Chairman since 2018. During his tenure, he alsochaired the Executive Committee, the Strategy and SustainabilityCommittee, the Nomination Committee, and the Mediation Committee,and was a member of the Staff Committee. He accompanied thedevelopment and the successful implementation of DHL Group'sstrategy in recent years, which has expanded the company's globalmarket position and structurally improved its profitability.
Katrin Suder is a Supervisory Board member and advisory councilfocusing on digital transformation and sustainable technologies.She was first elected to the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AGon May 4, 2023. As a physicist and recognized expert in artificialintelligence, she worked for several years as a managementconsultant at McKinsey and later served as State Secretary at theGerman Federal Ministry of Defense. She also chaired the DigitalCouncil of the German Federal Government.
The Supervisory Board has also endorsed the re-election of IngridDeltenre (64) and Lawrence Rosen (66) to the Supervisory Board.Ingrid Deltenre was elected to the Supervisory Board in 2016 and isa member of the Executive Committee, the Staff Committee, and theNomination Committee. Lawrence Rosen has been a Finance and AuditCommittee member since 2020. The Annual General Meeting on May 2,2025, will propose to elect Ingrid Deltenre for a three-year termand Lawrence Rosen for an additional four-year term.
