DHL Express Turkey was named a Great Place To WorkTM for thefourth consecutive year in 2023 under Mustafa Tonguç's leadership.As Managing Director in Germany, his focus will be on the expansionof a modernized infrastructure, which has been a major focus at DHLExpress in recent years, as well as employee engagement in the bestpossible working environment. DHL Express Germany achievedcertification from Great Place to WorkTM at the first attempt andreached 5th place.
Mustafa Tonguç started his career in Deutsche Post DHL Group in1997 as an Operations Agent in the Frankfurt Hub. Since then, hehas held various roles within the Hubs and Gateways organization,including the Leipzig Hub. In 2011, he became Managing DirectorPerformance and Programs Europe to further improve service qualitywithin the European Express organization. In 2014, he moved toTurkey as Head of Operations, then became Head of Sales beforetaking on the position as Managing Director Turkey in May 2021.
