1、 速度及产能：整线主要速度及频率：纵向铣 60-80m/min，每分钟约 60 块标准板（标准板为 8.2*150*1220，单片面积 0.18 平米）。纵向双侧铣 80 米的速度，60 块标板；横向双端铣速度在30m/min 左右。推料钩间距 400mm，在 30m/min 的速度下每分钟可加工75 块标准板。

Push hook spacing 400mm, At the speed of 30m/min,75 standard boards can be processed per minute.
2、 产量计算：预测产量：（按照标准板每分钟 60 块，每天一班 8 小时，生产效率预计 80%，设备效率为 80%，年工作日 300 天）
单班年产量 约为 100 万平米60*0.18*60*8*0.8*300*0.8=995，328）。双班年产量可在 200 万平米左右。
日产量（三班）约达 10000 平米
